11. Classes & Attendance

Offline 1:1 tuition sessions are scheduled based on mutual agreement between Pramyan and the parent/student. Online group classes follow a fixed timetable, and students are expected to attend as per schedule.

12. Tutor Policy

All tutors are verified, trained, and assigned by Pramyan. If there is a concern regarding a tutor's teaching, behaviour, or performance, Pramyan will first attempt to resolve the issue through feedback, support, or corrective action. A tutor will be changed only if the issue remains unresolved after corrective steps. There is no tutor change limit and no extra fee, as long as the concern is valid and genuine.

13. Assessments & Reports

Pramyan will conduct regular tests and share progress reports to track the student's performance.

12. Conduct & Safety

Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful behaviour with tutors and staff.

Any abusive language, harassment, misuse of class recordings, or violation of Pramyan policies may result in suspension or termination of services without any refund.

13. Recordings

Online class recordings (where applicable) may be made available for revision purposes.

These recordings are only for the student enrolled and cannot be downloaded, copied, or shared with anyone else.

Refund Policy

We provide personalised learning programs through dedicated 1:1 and 1:4 batch formats at Pramyan. Each student’s program involves academic assessment, personalised learning planning, educator allocation, scheduling, and preparation of customised learning resources.

Due to the personalised nature of our programs and the limited availability of educator slots, we follow the below refund policy.

1. Before Program Commencement

Parents are encouraged to attend the demo session, understand our teaching methodology, review the program structure, and clarify any queries before enrollment.

Once enrollment is confirmed and the student’s learning slot, educator allocation, and academic planning process are initiated and the booking is considered confirmed.

Any cancellation request before the first scheduled class will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Administrative charges and costs already incurred towards onboarding, assessment, planning, or resource preparation may be deducted before processing any eligible refund.

3. Service Commitment

We are committed to delivering the services promised at the time of enrollment.

If Pramyan is unable to provide the committed services, parents may raise a concern with our support team. After reviewing the concern, appropriate corrective action or resolution may be provided.

5. 90 days refund T&C

A student who opted for a three-month subscription and above is only eligible for it. To remain eligible for the guarantee, students and parents must consistently fulfill all program requirements throughout the subscription period, including:

  • 100% class attendance and active participation
  • Timely completion of homework, worksheets, and assessments
  • Camera-on participation during live classes
  • Implementation of tutor feedback and recommendations
  • Attendance at all scheduled Parent-Teacher Meetings
  • Timely sharing of school updates, report cards, and examination schedules
  • Active parent communication and programme involvement

2. After Program Commences

Once classes commence, the fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because the program includes dedicated educator time, reserved batch capacity, personalised lesson planning, assessments, academic tracking, and ongoing support that are allocated specifically for the enrolled student.

Refunds will not be applicable in cases including:

  • Student or parent discontinuing the program due to personal reasons
  • Change in school schedule or extracurricular commitments
  • Student’s irregular attendance
  • Failure to complete assigned homework, worksheets, or assessments
  • Lack of participation in the recommended learning process
  • Change in personal preferences after enrollment

4. Student & Parent Responsibility

Personalised learning outcomes require active participation from both the educator and the learner. Parents and students are expected to:

  • Ensure regular attendance
  • Complete assigned academic tasks
  • Participate in assessments
  • Maintain communication with the academic team
  • Follow the recommended learning plan

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact academic outcomes and will not qualify as grounds for a refund.

By enrolling in Pramyan, parents acknowledge that personalised learning requires commitment from both parties and agree to the terms mentioned above.

1. Onboarding & Document Verification

The teacher must provide valid personal, academic, and professional documents during onboarding. Any forged, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate termination without payment.

2. Professional Conduct & Teaching Standards

Teachers are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in every class. This includes proper lesson delivery, completion of syllabus, assessments, and student progress updates when instructed.

3. Class Schedule & Attendance

Teachers must follow the schedule assigned by Pramyan. Unapproved delays, frequent absences, or repeated rescheduling may lead to payment deductions or removal from teaching duties.

4. Quality & Feedback Compliance

Feedback from students and parents must be accepted. If academic, behavioural, or performance concerns arise, the teacher must cooperate in improving delivery. Ignoring feedback may result in reassignment or termination.

7. Payment & Deductions

Payment will only be made for successfully completed classes as per the agreed structure. Uninformed absences, policy violations, or incomplete syllabus may result in partial or withheld payment.

8. Termination & Notice

If a teacher wishes to discontinue, a 30-day prior written notice is required to avoid disruption for students. Leaving without notice will result in loss of final payout and future hiring ban. The company may terminate immediately in cases of misconduct, negligence, or breach of policy.
